Standard starts at $25 with no trading commission. Raw starts at $15,000 with an advertised $5 per lot commission. Professional starts at $100,000 with an advertised $3 per lot commission. Raw and Professional advertise spreads from 0.0 pips; starting spreads are not guaranteed for every order.
Total trading cost
For EUR/USD in a USD account, one standard lot has approximately $10 of pip value. Multiply the spread in pips by that pip value, then add commission and adverse slippage. The commission charging basis must be confirmed: a per-side charge is paid on both entry and exit.
